What we collect

• Location: Your GPS coordinates when you place an order. Used only to deliver your food. We do not track you when the app is closed.
• Phone: To confirm your order and for the rider to contact you.
• Address: For delivery.
• Order history: For your account and our records.

How long we keep it

• GPS positions: 7 days after delivery, then deleted
• Order records: 3 years (tax/legal requirement)
• Consent logs: indefinitely (legal protection)

Who we share with

• Our delivery riders (during active delivery only)
• Payment processors (if paying online)
• Nobody else. We do not sell data.

Your rights

• You can deny GPS — order will proceed with your typed address
• You can ask us to delete your data: privacy@cafe.test
• You can opt out of marketing emails
